You know that BookHomeTutor is a home tutoring marketplace and will facilitate through its platform and otherresources finding for you such students as who want hometuition in your area of expertise.

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of BookHomeTutor Website, located at www.bookhometutor.com

For Tutors

(1) Commission Structure: BookHomeTutor will deduct a certain percentage of commission from the fees received for your tutoring services, as per the agreed terms.

(2) Membership Requirement: You must purchase a membership before starting any tutoring assignments. This membership is valid for one year and is necessary to proceed with class assignments.

(3)Professional Conduct: As a home tutor, you are expected to uphold the highest standards of professional competence, skill, care, diligence, and prudence, as typically expected of professionals in your field. You must adhere to all applicable laws governing your profession.

(4)Independent Relationship: The relationship between you and BookHomeTutor is that of an independent contractor and not an employer-employee relationship.

(5)Student Selection: You have the sole discretion to decide whether or not to accept a particular student for tutoring. This decision rests entirely with you.

(6) Parent Presence Requirement: You agree to conduct lessons only when at least one parent or guardian is present at the student’s home during the session.

(7) Demo Class Arrangement: You are required to schedule a demo class within 48 hours of receiving the details for a new assignment. If you are unable to do so for any reason, you must immediately inform us.

Cancellation of Tutor Registration: Your registration as a tutor with BookHomeTutor can be canceled without prior notice for the following reasons:

⭐️Any form of misconduct towards the client or the company.
⭐️Repeated failure to complete assigned tasks, regardless of the reason.
⭐️Extended absence without prior notice.
⭐️Failure to adhere to the above terms and guidelines.

For Parents

(1) Home Tutoring Service: BookHomeTutor connects you with a quality home tutor for your child's educational needs.

(2) Payment for Services: You agree to pay a set amount to the tutor for the tutoring services provided to your child.

(3) No Guarantee of Success: While BookHomeTutor strives to find a tutor who best matches your child's needs, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes in terms of exams or tests.

(4) Refund Policy: If the tutor is unable to deliver all or part of the scheduled sessions, we will assist in finding a replacement tutor within a reasonable timeframe. If a replacement is not found within three working days, a refund of the due amount will be transferred to your bank account.

(5) Respect and Environment: Tutors must be treated with respect, and you agree to provide a study-friendly environment in your home for the duration of the tutoring.

(6) Tutor Selection: The final decision on choosing a tutor for your child lies solely with you.

(7) Parent Presence: The tutor will only conduct lessons if at least one parent or guardian is present in the home during the session.

(8) Liability: BookHomeTutor is not responsible for any inconvenience or issues caused by the tutor.

(9) Direct Payment to Tutors: If you pay the tutor directly in cash ,BookHomeTutor is not liable for any transactions made outside of our platform.

(10) Information Accuracy: We strive to provide accurate information, but we do not guarantee its accuracy, and we encourage you to verify it independently.

(11) Advance Payments: BookHomeTutor is not responsible for any advance payments made directly to the tutor.

(12) Payment Terms: You agree to pay the tuition fee within 15-20 days after the commencement of the classes, as per the agreed terms with the tutor.
